James helped me a lot. He got me the device that I needed the short-term I required it, and helped me with EVERY question I had. For this "little fish", I felt that I got a lot of attention to help me through this experience. I used my device for a sale in the US, and it worked really well. TONS of online support, if needed. Also very friendly and helpful staff.
