Review of Mercure Hotel Perth

The room was not what we expected when compared to...

The room was not what we expected when compared to other hotels we have stayed in for the same price per night, multiple people were sent to our room by mistake.

It was honestly easier to book and check in last minute to a motel near Emerald, Queensland, at midnight than it was to deal with the staff at Mercure who managed to charge us twice after it took 2 staff members to figure out their own systems.

On top of that parking is $35 per night, the toilet is in the bathroom and there is no stand alone shower, just a shower head in a bathtub.

As far as 4 star hotels go there are much better options than the Mercure and to be honest I've stayed at more modern and comfortable motels.
