So disappointed in the Sony headphones that I purchased. The cord is separating and the wires are exposed, called the Customer Service department and they aren't willing to replace the headphones saying it's "cosmetic damage". They offered to have them repaired which would cost me more money in the end. They don't stand behind their products.The headphones are less than a year old. Will never buy Sony again!
