I wrote to ASA saying I was a neighbor looking for private lessons for my 9 year old son. They wrote back saying I should give them my phone number- and said nothing else. I wrote again saying the phone is harder for me, so could they give me a name and number to call. They didn't answer. I wrote again telling them how discouraged I was not to hear from them and how dissapointed my son would be. The owner's response (Shannon Gunby) was to rip my head off about how busy they are with their own lives and say I had a "negative vibe" and they didn't want my business!
My poor kid. We'll keep looking for a place with nice people.
