I previously went to a competitor for a radiator fan i needed for my 2012 Chevy Sonic. The part took several weeks to arrive and it was the wrong part! I tried calling customer service to see about a return. But they took forever to even answer me and now they are completely ignoring my attempts. I went to Rock Auto, ordered Monday and part arrived Thursday. It was exactly what i need. Install was a breeze. I will definitely be returning to Rock Auto.
