Alok is the only management of this institute, if you face any issue they'll they need to discuss with upper management but there is so such management. Below are the few points which you need to keep in mind before you wish to purchase any course:
1. Alok is a very busy person as he can take off without prior notice due to his training with Major IT companies.
2. If you are a fresher do not blindly trust him, if sanjay sir is there you can choose him as a mentor.
3. Once the full fees is paid he(Alok-Owner) will treat you like you already know everything and you are joining the course just to brush up your knowledge.
4. After joining and facing multiple issues, In Aug, 2019 I checked redhat official partner and Microsoft official partner on website "Network nuts" name was not there.
5. Also if you ask him about the review, he has multiple ways to brain wash.

These 5 star ratings may be paid or may be because a few got job from here. I also joined because of this.
Unfortunately didn't get much support, poor experience, lots of fake promises.

Note- I know Alok has very good knowledge but his priorities doesn't include students welfare.
