I have been trying to edit my policy now for three days. Jetty does not have an option to just edit the address of your landlord nor your own, while several other insurance companies do. They also apparently have little to no customer service and chose to ignore customer inquiries. Don t pay for Jetty, they re not worth it unless they re able to address the problems of their customers in a timely manner and make up for their careless mistakes. If I could give a negative rating I would.
