Hi! My CV has four pages. I have met enough managers to form an idea. Management is great. Always backing up staff, very supportive and motivational. Whilst doing this job, my stress level is zero!
Now.... I've seen some negative remarks. Thing is... different people have different horizons. For some, that horizon narrows down until it becomes a point, and that...is their point of view!
Negativity can only rise from frustration.
You can not criticize what you don't understand!
