Capstone ISG has been the sole obstacle in an insurance claim to repair a house after a septic tank overflow. Their adjustors are allowed to take weeks to get the proper paperwork put together, causing us a loss of rent/income on rental properties. They aren't registered with the BBB or else a complaint there would be long past warranted. Because of Capstone ISG, it's taken OVER 6 WEEKS to get an insurance payout for a job that other companies have covered within a few days. If your insurer uses Capstone, find another insurer.
