I am pleasantly surprised with the service we have...

I am pleasantly surprised with the service we have received from lighthouse this year, especially since we'd heard negative things before moving in.
When we've called regarding issues to the house someone has been to look within 2 days and the problems are sorted really quickly.
The only downside is having to begin payments for accommodation starting in July when we do not go back to university until September, resulting in a lot of money being spent without us there.
