My family lives in Arizona, and we were introduced to MOE by a local insurance broker. When he first mentioned the company that he wanted us to use, I said "Mutual of what? I've never heard of them!" Of course, they all say the same thing "Mutual of what? I've never heard of them", but the ones who switch are happy that they did.
