The heating oil company I use for home heating app...

The heating oil company I use for home heating apparently transitioned to this company's services last year. The transition was handled absolutely horribly, with information being transferred from the old service to the new one only after the website had already transitioned, and information such as oil price rate locks was not preserved. To be fair, though, not really sure who would be to blame for such a thing happening.

Aside from problems that arose with the initial transition, I've been REPEATEDLY double-billed, and after 3-4 months there are STILL various issues with the website involving account linking and auto-pay. I am currently looking to change heating oil companies primarily due to my recent experiences with their billing system.

I would not recommend OSG billing services based on my experience as a customer of one of their clients.
