wow if you've ever gotten bad or dry food at a Panda Express and asked for a refund etc, its similar to pulling teeth (righteous and condescending) ... (Same new owners as the Waldorf Astoria now, lol) can you imagine if god forbid, you bought one of their condo units (that calls are never returned at etc etc) or stayed in the hotel, and you had any sort of issue? NO THANKS!
was looking at their condos for sale, till calls were never returned and found out who owned the building... again no thanks... The Mandarin was better.
