Having ordered 5 items the beginning of december, ...

Having ordered 5 items the beginning of december, only 3 turned up, i contacted them and they advised the end of the month they will be sent...
End of the month come and went, nothing! contacted again and told the end of january.......nothing! we are now a week into feb and nothing.

Not once have they contacted me, every time i have had to contact them, totally unprofessional and i will certainly stick with other suppliers from now on.
