Overall, I give Carmel an A-. The drivers are courteous, reliable, and efficient. If they're going to be late, they tell you in advance, so you can make other plans. The cars are clean and comfortable. I've rarely had complaints about courtesy and communication---most of the drivers are immigrants and English is not their first language. In those instances, my concerns have been listened to and I've received subsequent discounts. This is my honest opinion, but I am receiving a $10 discount coupon from Car Mel for it.
