I have been a Telstra customer for a few years now and overall I am quite satisfied with their service. The network coverage is great and I rarely experience any dropped calls or connection issues. The customer support has also been helpful whenever I have had any issues or questions. The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is in their pricing plans. I find them to be a bit on the expensive side compared to some other providers. Apart from that, Telstra is a reliable and trustworthy company.
