I didn't shop at the physical store, but I have tried to order things online twice now. Half of my first order arrived on time, but the other half never showed up. It took multiple emails to finally get through to them that my package hadn't even started shipping yet well after the delivery window had come and gone. I finally got a real response after about a month and was able to get a refund.

I placed a replacement order a few days after I got the refund. I ordered 3 things. One arrived within the delivery window, the other two are still missing. One item has been sitting in the "processing your order" phase for over 2 weeks, the other is stuck at "En Route to DHL" - this one was only updated after 3 emails to the shipping partner, Passport.

Would NOT recommend ordering from Betabrand, their shipping practices are suspect, and their customer service is horrendous.
