Save yourself a headache if you are into quality items. DON T PATRONISE! As you can see, this is my first review and I really hate to give bad reviews unless needed. I deliberately waited 2 weeks to give them a chance to reply me. I m using my real email address FYI.

Delivery was timing was ok however the delivery man disappeared as soon as he delivered the item at my doorstep. Didn t bother bringing it into my house (I guess I was lucky not to experience the same issues as the others regarding the timing).

Only 1 item out of 7 items was acceptable and out of those 1 item was defective. Disappointed with the quality of the others. Email sent to customer service left unanswered so afterservice is not there either.

The exchange policy is also pretty bad, considering you need to forfeit 20% of your item s value as according to them unlike our competitors we do not put our exchange prices into our prices to keep it competitive . FYI, their prices are nothing to shout about you can get similar items (baskets) from an overseas portal in China for $6. Come on, if you are an online portal at lease please at least provide a good returns policy!

Your major competitor I would assume (which I shall not name) whom I recently purchased 6 dining chairs and subsequently outdoor dining sets and lots of other items has an excellent exchange policy. You are free to reject items on the spot with a full refund and if you are entitled to free shipping it will not be deducted as well! I purchased 6 chairs and informed them that I might want to return them (not their fault, I underestimated my space) and they promptly replied saying that even if delivery guys have left they can set up a time to collect the items for return and the timeframe is 90 days as long as in a good condition (eventually we decided we loved the chairs and it's holding up pretty good and lots of compliments from guests)!

During the second delivery I rejected 2 bar stools as I overestimated the height, I m really bad at this!) and no questions asked the delivery men took it back on the spot with a smiling face. If your items are good quality, you know you can easily resell it. Granted, their website is not as "hip" as Hipvan's (hmmm.... perhaps that's where our money goes) but their prices are unbeatable .

If I can give zero stars I would mostly for their lack of response making a customer feel like once a sale is done it s the end of story, and yet you receive email auto response message saying that they will reply me once they can, delivery emails asking for product reviews, mailers and Black Friday sales. Wow. That s all I can say. You can only cheat a customer once, let mine be your lesson! Cheers
