I have always had my camry serviced at this location and have put up with long wait times because customer service is usually good. This time in particular, I arrived early for my appointment to get my oil changed and asked them to check a rattle in the front. I waited 2 hours and was never approached with any questions or updates on my car. I saw my car be driven away and back, which also was never mentioned to me. When they finally called my name, all they said was the price of the oil change. I had to ask if the rattle was fixed, which he then asked me what it sounded like. I was then pointed to my car without any apology or even acknowledgement of my 2 hour wait. I took my car home to realize they hadn't even filled my washer fluid and it is still rattling. I will not be retuning to this location.
