So Ive been going to Gainesville Health and Fitness for about 3 years now and all I can say is I love it. Looking at the reviews I notice a lot of people complaining about the price. Yes, it is expensive but you get every bit out of what you're paying. SO many different classes, new equipment, friendly faces, modern atmosphere and a community. Community is key in this case, and the extra money definitely makes that... you will meet people and soon make friends. If you want a gym where you go for 30 mins couple times a week just to lift some free weights this isn't the place. YOU will learn a lot going here and yes there is some pressure but I think that comes from the competitive atmosphere, which I mean cmon people thats not a bad thing to have in your life. I have been a competitive dancer and gymnast in my earlier years and I can definitely say I am the fittest I have ever been in my life and that has quite a bit to do with GHF. I NOW AM WAITING for more locations to open. I honestly try and go at non busy times due to crowdedness. So please GHF take note more locations are needed.
