I have known the English Court of Castellana since its inauguration (then the Generalissimo) and for the most veteran, I already warn that it has nothing to do with what this institution of Spanish commerce was and has been. I recently went to buy a warm garment that I had lost and had to replace because it was a cold day. The experience could not have been more disappointing. I visited three plants since in each one of them they told me that "there you will find more" with which it seems that the clerks not only do not speak to the clients but also to each other. Little empathy ("it is not the time for that type of garments" -a wool hat-) and a long waiting time to collect (discussion among employees to see who charged me). The mythical customer service lost forever, and an experience worsened by the coercive mechanism they have implemented to qualify the care received "in situ". A pity
