The facilities are okay. Please send input to the receptionist. When checking in, the receptionist was a bit lacking in detail in giving information about entering the room. I was given 2 entry cards and I didn't explain what it was for if I didn't ask the receptionist. The problem of my room on the floor was not explained if I didn't ask. So the receptionist seems to be handling guests who like that are considered all the usual staying at the hotel Aryaduta. Even though all guests are customers who have often stayed at Aryaduta. I often stayed at other five-star hotels (even those with star ratings below), but the receptionist was actually clearer and more detailed provided information when I checked in.
