This was our first ever claim & being so well looked after by 4th Dimension was a huge weight off my mind.After the shock of being involved in the motorcycle accident,i contacted 4th Dimension who explained the whole process of collecting the bike from where the Police had taken the bike after the accident,to obtaining the quote & dealing with the insurance company.Having had the damage accessed by one of the guy`s on their team,he then contacted me & gave me a full run down of all the parts & work that they intended to carry out.I was literally dreading this,as it`s my husbands bike & he is a real perfectionist.That much he even hate`s anyone touching his beloved Harley Davidson.M.O.T`s are the end of the world.... My/our concern was not needed one little bit.We had regular repair up-dates & the day it arrived delivered back to us was tremendous.The delivery chap was fantastic.He went through all the aspect of the repair & all the warranty information & even stayed until we had looked all around it & we were happy with the Bike.One very happy perfectionist of a husband.We are now looking forward to getting out on the bike.Only in the sunshine thou,as it has never seen rain.. All in all our experience with 4th Dimension has been a pleasure at even a quite stressful time.Highly recommend them to anyone after our 1st class experience with them.Thank you & Well done.
