Bought an EGT Sensor module and kit. From the FIRST moment it was installed it was obvious there was a problem. After many emails it was confirmed the sensor was faulty on arrival.

"Right. It looks like a fault with an internal wire of the sensor.
For us, we do not service or do any repair with the actual sensors. Only the modules. But with the tests you have done it does not indicate an issue with the sensor module. "

I bought a complete kit from them, but because they don`t actually manufacture the sensors they refuse to replace something that arrived faulty in their kit.

Not exactly quality customer service is it. :/
