I was here on an visit. Channel 4 implemented diversity but they have a long way to go. I see that there are more young people that work there but unfortunately some of them have no skills in communication with their elders. Very disappointed. I will be making a further complaint. Regardless of age, race or gender, no one should be made to feel worthless. Never.
