This could be a great place to work, but the hours and pay leave a lot to be desired. Second shift is 4:30pm-1:00am (no paid lunch) but sometimes you end up working until 3:00am. The pay here for a machine builder is also far behind other companies, most people here make $12-$17/hour ($20+ is average for this kind of work) The management are also very immature and unprofessional racial slurs are commonly thrown around by employees and even management. That being said most of the people that work here are great, the owner is also in the building most of the time.
