The 2 of us went for lunch on a Friday. We were seated downstairs which was very dark and moody. Upstairs is lighter and more airy.
- Steamed and fried dim sum
- Tofu with Cloud Mushroom
- Pak Choi
- Rice
- Chocolate Pebble dessert to finish
We shared this set and ordered an additional Sweet & Sour Pork and the Seafood Black Truffle Dumplings.
The tofu was a little too sweet for me but the dim sum was all lovely. Next time I will order just lots of dim sum.
I had the Mandarin & Chilli Non Alcoholic Cocktail which was absolutely delicious.
The downside was that the tables were way too close together. It was uncomfortable to be that close to the people next to me. If you re sitting on the sofa side and you want to get out, you would need to be pretty slim to do so.
The other thing was it was so loud, we could barely hear each other talk. If they had less tables crammed in and the tables were more spaced apart, it may solve this problem.
But overall it was a very nice lunch and I would come again.
