Work: In many cases you directly get to deal with client and you learn the ways in which business is done.
Management takes care of no repetitive work assigned to employee to maintain the work interest.
Quality and intelligence will always be appreciated and payed off here.

Management: It s been a decade I am working with this management. You rarely see such polite and helpful people around you.
They help people personally as well... and going out of the way. These things are not in public hence most of the people are not aware of it.

Culture:
Well..! this is something most of the ex-employee miss about Ambit. Very cheerful and helpful people. Management always looks for new ways to make their employees happy.

It s a transparent environment in Ambit and open door policy. Anyone can just knock the door and discuss their concerns (if any) directly with the management/HR.
Ambit management people are very good listeners and they never pass a judgment call only by seeing one side of the coin.

This orgnisation has brought out the best of me and I feel truely proud and obliged to have been associated with it.
