For years I have been ordering regularly for our entire company from Delticom / Reifenendirekt, last year we received 3 damaged tires for a larger order. We complained about it and received 3 spare tires. Now, after several months, the company reported that they wanted all the damaged tires back, whereupon I explained to them that they had burst on the truck on the highway and that there were only scraps left, which of course were partially disposed of after half a year are. Then the complaint was denied and the 3 spare tires were billed. Low prices are not everything when customers are left out in the rain with damaged goods.
