We had a Break in earlier this year. The buglar(s) jumper through a locked door and entered through a windows while the entire family was sleeping. We were stolen precious stuff.
After the initial shock we thought that at least we had insurance. First claim ever... well we were unlucky, three months later and they can t establish that the window was locked . It doesn t matter if the criminals went through a locked door and jumped three houses to reach out back garden. It doesn t matter if the buglar(s) forced their entrance through the window. It doesn t matter that we were all sleeping inside... this Mickey Mouse company doesn t pay!
