Saying Universal Smiles has gone above and beyond for me is almost an understatement. The receptionist, Michelle, makes it easy to call and get answers quick. (Even when you have a MILLION.) She knows the answers to any possible question you have, she is so friendly, and returns calls extremely quick. If you call as many times as I do, they might even recognize your voice and know you by name! Both Dr. Griffins have been so amazing as well. Over the past 3-4 years, I have had the pleasure of both dentists working on my teeth, and both have made it such an enjoyable experience. The dentists keep conversation with you while they work which makes the whole process much less scary, and they work with their patients to make sure they are taking the course of action that is best for them. The whole staff makes you feel at home in their office, and everyone is so friendly. I will never go to another dentist in my life. Universal Smiles has stolen my heart!
