Kiara Gaytan was very helpful, polite and made my entire situation very easy! My grandmother passed away and her HOA payments were not made and the house was put into a lien. Kiara did everything for me to help my situation. She handled the HOA and lien payments in one phone call. I had left a voicemail for another lady regarding a lamppost issue and hadn t heard back for over a month! She was able to get me the answer in about a minute! She emailed me all the paperwork even with a breakdown of charges and highlighted and labeled them to make it easy to read!
