I worked at this company beginning of April 2017 until August of 2017, short period of time because I could not stand it. Management knew nothing about what they were doing what so ever, they always were harassing you even though you were trying to do your job, and you were treated just like a number there. Not only that but the employee services there that I thought were suppose to be so great ARE NOT! While your working there yes but as soon as you leave they screw you over. I only wanted internet when I left company which the price was 69.99 they were charging me gold status for cable and internet for over 2 months every time I tried to talk to someone over the phone they said not to worry they are fixing it and that I would see it reflected on my bill now it is October 16th I literally just got off the phone with the rudest customer service woman I ever have spoke with saying that I am stuck with this 300.00 bill and that I should have took care of this before I left the company. I gave all the paperwork to employee services to discontinue my employee account to make it a normal paying costumer account and to make it just internet. So they are just screwing me over and wanting me to pay 300.00, so I just turned in our modem and I am finding another company.
