It's the closest place to see Australia's furry ambassadors up close. The staff were very helpful and efficient. I paid for an interactive experience with the koalas that included photos I could take home with me. The first handler didn't do a good job with my pictures so I asked that I get a 2nd go since I traveled so far to get a decent picture. The 2nd handler did an awesome job and I got to take home 3 beautiful photos with the cutest koalas ever. Highly recommended!
