Unfortunately my mortgage was sold to this pathetic excuse for a company. My mortgage had a $14.50 service charge added, months of trying to get answers as to why. Worst customer service I ve ever experienced. This company is awful. Don t ever try to call, all you will do is waste your time. NOTHING ever gets resolved, transfer from person to person. If there was a way to give PHH negative stars. TERRIBLE COMPANY! If the choice is your to pic your mortgage company, DO NOT choose PHH!
