Most of the staff was great and the multiple choices of water activities were nice!
Very disappointed that we booked a specific room in Tower 3 with particular views and room amenities and they put us in Tower 1 with not so good views. If my in laws would have come as planned we would have been short a bed. Maintenance was called to repair the disposal and the TV and never showed up. A/C was apparently leaking or backing up in the master closet and it seemed to be a normal problem since the base boards in the area shoed signs of rot and a must smell. Food was okay but not something you would eat every day. The amount you pay to stay at this facility the beach chairs should be included.
