Will not be going to Joe Machens after my daughter...
Will not be going to Joe Machens after my daughter's encounter with them. The "new" GM there more or less stated the issue was with the buyers, when the dealership itself was at fault! Approving loans, without the banks full approval? And then stating it is because the loan was in my son-in-laws name and they couldn't work with my daughter because her name was not on the loan
... and all she wanted to do was make a payment for their vehicle. I heard the conversation between her and the GM... so much for "customer service soft skills." I think the GM needs a crash course, sadly. They had a terrible experience... and on top of that, a friend of ours had a similar issue. Soooo... won't be doing business with them... we have learned from other people's experiences!
