We make an appoint to bring our New car in for diagnostic 1 weeks ahead of time. When we lost our appointment's card then we call to verify the time. They said that we don't have any appointment them. Then we want to make another appointment for the car, they hangup the phone. This issue needs to be investigate and fire that person that doesn't get pay for not do their job as they suppose to. I will not buy any car from this place any more unless they fix this matter. If you want your customers' money, but you dont want to serve them. As a customer, I am not coming back to you guy.
