Placed an order for a desk and chair on the 1st April. Subsequently needed to cancel the desk, but still wanted the chair. Desk was canceled OK and refund promised within 10 working days, fair enough. Then receive an email saying chair not in stock, despite website saying it was, and would I like an alternative product. I replied to say I didn't want an alternative product and to please cancel order and refund. Despite this, a couple of days later a chair (not the one I ordered) was delivered and it is still sat in my hallway now unopened. I have been chasing for my refund fore the last two weeks. Emails either go unanswered or you eventually get a vague response not answering your question after 3-5 days. It is very difficult to actually speak to somebody on the phone as you are left in a queue for 15 minutes which then goes to a voicemail. Voicemails are then not responded too. If I have not received a satisfactory response from them by close of business today I will start the charge back process with my bank tomorrow. How they can get such simple things wrong is beyond me. Avoid at all costs.
