Disappointed in the product they sold me and the lack of communication around repairs.
Back in September, we went into Johnson to look at treadmills. We initially wanted a NordicTrack but were convinced to buy the Horizon treadmill by Alex. After getting the whole pitch about how much better the customer service is with Horizon (found out later that Horizon is owned by Johnson), we went with the Horizon 7.8 AT treadmill.
The one pro is that it delivered way earlier than we thought. Besides that, we've had so many problems with the treadmill and have been trying to get someone to come look at it for the past month and still nothing.
What upsets me is that Alex sold us this treadmill by telling us it's better quality - which it's not - our treadmill has had a horrible and loud creaking noise that sounds like it will break ever since it got set up (it was set up by a delivery crew), the Bluetooth doesn't work, and the speed and incline will randomly change without us touching anything. In addition to quality, he told us it's better customer service - we have been waiting for a month for Horizon to even call us and nothing. We've been constantly trying to get communication on what is going on and Johnson basically said it's on Horizon.
Please do not go here and be persuaded by their salespeople. We really regret buying from there and wish we looked around elsewhere.
