First I loved Dr. Romero and Costello. Costello isn't there anymore. I don't know why I tried to go back instead of just looking for a new practice. I have called 5x and received one call back. Then when I called right back, again voice mail. Yet no one checks the voice mail. They have a high rate of turnover and their staff can't think independently. Today a receptionist or whomever, Pauline, hung up on me when trying to transfer me to the office manager Deb Bowman. In 2017 they charged me for a visit that didn't occur and when Ms. Bowman said she was going to remove it from my bill. Again a new system with new staff, and the systems weren't compatible. Ms. Bowman never fixed it and it was sent to collections. She never calls back. Today when I called I was willing to let everything go until the lady hung up on me and said I can't make an appointment until you pay the old bill.
