Hello, I have been trying to talk to you for 10 days. I have made dozens of phone calls every day, left the phone number countless times, written an email every day but nobody contacts me. I needed a re-invoicing that on August 24th 2019 !, the only time I talked to an operator had assured me that they would send me and instead nothing and meanwhile September 15th is approaching and I will lose the Samsung reimbursement of 350.00 euros .
