2 of the sales people I asked question on the product they are selling did not know anything about the product. Instead they went up to the car and read me whats on the paper. Could not answer my questions or offer me the rebates as seen on the manufacturers website. They lost a potential customer, was looking to pickup my first hybrid. I will be looking at Honda next.
