My experience was just okay. During a routine oil change the service team broke my driver s side door. They did give me a rental while repairs were being made, but that was it. I was not even offered a free oil change or anything else to make up for the inconvenience. The door is not closing as smoothly as it did before so now I need to take it back in, but honestly dreading it because it s just so incredibly annoying that this happened.
