The whole family started going to that clinic. At first all is well the optometrist we were seeing. When he got busy we had to see Dr. LeClair. She is horrible. The 1st incident it was for my mother in-law. My wife called in saying she would be a few min late. They said that's fine just come. After getting there, my wife was told they can't be seen because they were late.

2nd incident is for my 8 year old son. After an unsuccessful eye-drop attempt in one his eyes, the ones that burn. He's 8, in pain and crying. He was willing to try again as it the eye drop worked in one eye and not the other. He figured let it burn on more time in one eye .... guess what, good old Dr. LeClair said, well it is getting too late now and that we'd need to make another appointment. She refused to continue the exam. My wife and I were furious. We called the clinic afterwards and complained to the office manager. I doubt that does anything. In any case now they've lost 6 patients. What a joke of a clinic.

My son eyes hurt him for the remainder of the evening. It was very hard to explain to him what happened. It is going to be even harder for him to do this test again and have these eye-burning drops administered again in both eyes when we see a different optometrist.
