We upgraded to this hotel because it s listed as a 4 star. I was pretty disappointed. The common areas are cool and staff was helpful enough. We didn t realize this is a pet friendly hotel until we arrived, though. Thin walls don t make that enjoyable. I love dogs, but don t want to hear barking at all hours of the night. There were stains on the floors, joints in the walls that were brown and unsightly, our mirror was cracked, our carpet was pulling up/fraying, there were stains and hair on our shower curtain. We were there for 3 nights and our room was not made up once. I just expected better.
