on June 21 st I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee...

on June 21 st I dropped off my Jeep Grand Cherokee to have a small (so I thought) issue fixed. I dropped it off first thing Thursday morning and was picked up late that evening from work...which was very nice of BB Jeep. My issue is when I picked up the Jeep, the issue at hand that I dropped my jeep off for wasn't fixed. I was pleased to see that they did fix several factory recalls but not the one thing I really needed fixed. It is now July 11th and I have been promised multiple call backs to resolve issue and haven't received them. I will not place the names on here but I feel that I have been more than patient with this matter. I was promised a call yesterday with answers and I didn't receive that call. I called today and left a message. I am hoping that this maybe will help in showing someone that I simply want this small issue fixed please!
