This is a great place to be. Friendly staff is always ready to assist. The view from the roof terrace is spectacular, the proximity to Mall of the Emirates ist very convenient. The breakfast is a great deal and has something to offer for all. However, where light is, is also shadow. The WIFI needs serious improvement, at least in the room I have stayed in. The same applies to the barstools in "Q-bar". They are worn out and you might find yourself closer to the floor than you want. Eventually I can recommend Holiday Inn as I always feel at home during my stay.
