Poorly maintained hotel. Not 4 stars. Small room with too many flaws. Wee fi including out of order.
Safe broken.
Mini fridge broken.
Fixed telephone broken that x contact reception you must use your own at your own expense.
Disassembled shower drain.
Booked 2 day package with 1 romantic dinner included which was a real disappointment.
Bad fish and 80's cuisine. Cheap desserts.
Swimming pool left to itself. Broken and dangerous poolside ladder.
Indecent pool-use bathrooms.
Only praise to the location.
The view from the room and from the pools is truly beautiful.
Beautiful and well maintained gardens.
Very young staff, very kind and helpful, both at the bar, restaurant and spa.
Given the problems of the room from a 4 * we would have expected an apology and maybe a gift in return (just an aperitif or an entrance to the whirlpool would have been enough ...)
Too bad indeed.
Such a jewel should be valued much more.
