Got referred to Jay Singh via my lender. In our first call, he offered a certain deal on purchase & property management, we decided to talk the following day. Left him VM and text, didn't get any response. Waited for a week, no response. My lender tried to remind him as well, no response. When i eventually wrote to my lender (including him) on my disappointment with what transpired, the guy replies giving some vague rationale, invalidating the very deal he offered me. He used compensation as a cover for lack of his follow-up when we didn't yet get to that full conversation. It clearly showed lack of integrity. I would stay away from Jay Singh. Am open to some drops as we all are humans, but there is no resolution to lack in integrity
